Welcome to Jammal Restaurant. We’re delighted you’re considering dining with us. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we’ve outlined our reservation policy, frequently asked questions, and guidelines below.
General Reservation Guidelines:
As a small family business, and with the privilege of high demand comes the responsibility of ensuring every guest enjoys an impeccable dining experience. We kindly request that you provide precise details about your time of arrival, the exact number of guests in your party, and whether any children will be joining you.
Our menu features fresh, wild-caught fish and the finest produce, reflecting our commitment to quality and sustainability. Proudly operating with a 99% waste-free ethos, accurate guest counts are essential for us to prepare adequately and honor our environmental commitments. Timely arrivals are not only a courtesy to us but also a matter of fairness to others eagerly waiting for a table. Your understanding and cooperation help us continue to serve memorable meals in a sustainable and welcoming environment.
Our reservation team will reach out to you on the morning of your scheduled reservation to do the final confirmation your attendance. It’s crucial that we establish contact to secure your table.
Please be advised that if we are unable to reach you for confirmation, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation one hour prior to your scheduled time.
Please provide at least 1 hours’ notice for any cancellations or modifications to your reservation. This helps us manage our seating and accommodate other guests. Last minute modifications are not always guaranteed.
Guests who have confirmed their reservation on the same day, but do not arrive within 30 minutes after their reservation time without prior notice may be considered no-shows, and the table will be given to the first guest on the waiting list. This could impact your ability to make future reservations.
